[Alit Mahendra] "saat ini dan yang telah berlalu"

Pertama kali dikasih tau Galih soal band ini, sempet bertanya-tanya dan akhirnya kemaren nyoba ngederingerin semua lagunya.. and then??? wew.. apa ya? bingung mikirin kata2 yang tepat .

Tokyo Incidents ato bisa disebut juga Tokyo Jihen, sebuah Japanesse Band bentukan Shiina Ringo (solois terkenal Jepang di masanya) yang mulai debutnya ditahun 2004, gila aja, uda punya record solo album malah ditinggal buat band ini, benar-benar aneh dan berkarakter…

Mulai pertama kali denger, sesuatu yang aneh kental banget ama band ini… mulai dari karakter musik yang mencampurkan jazz, j-rock, dan j-pop itu sendiri plus nada-nada tradisional jepang, ditambah kualitas player yang mengagumkan plus karakter sang vokalis yang keras menantang dan kadang sampai melengking… hm.. benernya neh band alirannya apa to???

Sampai hari ini, Tokyo Jihen uda ngeluarin 3 album dan beberapa album single… sayangnya official site mereka di tokyo-incidents.com masih under construction sampai sekarang… So… buat yang berminat untuk mendengarkan lagu-lagu yang tidak biasa, coba deh dengerin… not too far from L’arc en Ciel but ain’t similar either .

neh lirik salah satu lagu yang aku suka, judulnya GENJITSU WO WARAU, liriknya bener2 dalam bahasa inggris… dengan flow jazz yang ditambah ornamen2 rock… menyejukkan plus menambah semangat
